In more ways than one - read here on FR some time back that the Hag's campaign was vacuuming up all the DNC money to the point that there are no funds for down-ticket races, not even scraps. Meanwhile, saw a report a day or two ago that Trump and the RNC are gearing up to do the exact opposite - create a money and support machine for all Repub down-ticket races, everywhere. If that's accurate, 2016 could be the mother of all election blowouts.
