Targeted for what ? is the question. Campaign mailers ? Phone calls ? I find both irritating in the extreme. Snail mail and landlines are dead and nobody wants their paid-for cellular minutes being eaten up by political cold calls.
I think the best way to reach voters these days is to do what he’s been doing. Appear on TV everywhere. Be a constant presence on Twitter and Facebook. Generate headlines a dozen times a day. Make every plan for the future into a media event. Hold rallies with people cheering the downfall of political correctness and putting America first. Keep people involved and make the election a foregone conclusion.

I agree, mass mailers, phone calls, negative ads, they are all so predictable and transparent. They are last century. You cited all the ways a pol, who is brave and energetic, can gain publicity and influence people. Much more dynamic and powerful then the ancient tactics of the over paid political consultant class.
