You’re right of course. The sleazy GOPe has been waiting for Trump to make a misstep so they could ambush him. This was the plan all along. They just wanted some sort of cover to attack him and withdraw their temporary support.
The reptilian GOPe planned an ambush for just the right time, over just the right issue: "Racism." They're even aiding and abetting The Hag, who just made a silly issue out of Trump's German heritage, hoping the pod-people see "Nazi."
SOMEBODY blue the "GAME ON!" whistle. The GOPe's backstabbers coming out in force at the same time. Why, even Cruz, Lady Lindsey, and Arnold stepped back into the fray.
Trump needs to nip this in the bud.
