Like a game of whack-a-mole, Hillary Clinton's secret email server scandal continues this week as the former secretary of state has just one more day to explain to a federal court why she shouldn't have to testify under oath about the system.
On Friday, the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch submitted a request for permission to depose Clinton, along with two other current and former government officials, as part of the ongoing Freedom of Information Act lawsuit looking into aide Huma Abedin's special employment arrangement with the State Department.
'As the primary driving force behind and principal user of the clintonemail.com system, however, Secretary Clinton’s testimony is crucial to understanding how and why the system was created and operated,' the brief argued, calling Clinton a 'indispensable witness.'
The court gave Clinton, along with two other officials – Clarence Finney and John Bentel – until Tuesday to respond....

A spring 2012 email to Hillary’s top State Dept conduit, Huma Abedin indicated she needed Bill's presidential squeeze to get hired by Bill's buddy, Doug Band, at global financial powerhouse, Teneo.
(NOTE: Huma was being paid as (1) an adviser to the Clinton Foundation, (2) her private clients, (3) Teneo, and, ()also formed her private company Zain Endeavors.)
Abedin signed on to Teneo's employ while still a Hillary employee, a multi-employment configuration that is now being examined by congressional investigators.
Abedin’s status as a “special” government employee collecting several paychecks (NOTE: Abedin is listed as a "State Dept contractor") has been questioned by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman, Chuck Grassley who has raised concerns about Abedin's overlapping duties and whether they posed potential conflicts of interest.
Grassley has postulated that State Dept officials may have been feeding Abedin political intelligence not knowing she was employed elsewhere and might be selling official info to others.

Teneo's Doug Band has a long history w/ the Clintons.
For all of its massive donations, the Clinton Foundation had become a sprawling concern, inadequately supervised by a rotating board of about 1000 old Clinton hands, threatened by conflicts of interest. It ran multimillion-dollar deficits for several years, despite vast amounts of money flowing in.
And concern was rising inside and outside the organization about Douglas J. Band, a one-time personal assistant to Clinton who had started a lucrative corporate consulting firm — which Clinton joined as a paid adviser — while overseeing the Clinton Global Initiative, the foundation’s glitzy annual gathering of chief executives, heads of state, and celebrities.
Doug Band then formed global financial powerhouse--Teneo--which sold access to the Clintons.
The Clinton money-grubbing apparat was well-represented. Huma Abedin worked for Teneo at the same time she worked for SoS Hillary. Bill Clinton also rec/d mega consulting money from Band/s Teneo.
We are continually told she’s the smartest woman in the world. I haven’t seen any evidence of that. comey’s comments about thinking their was no criminal intent because he didn’t think Hillary and her dept had the capacity to understand classified markings is priceless.

Taxpayers should demand to be informed if Huma, Mills, and other Clinton cronies are STILL listed as State Dept employees---perhaps as contractors---and are still receiving classified mail and govt paychecks.
Evidence indicates Hillary and aides did not sign exit forms. Signing the exit form would have cutoff access to State Dept info......info the Clintons rely on to cash-in.
Note Brian Pagliano---Hillary's personal IT---left her employ then surfaced on the public payroll as a State Dept contractor.

Demand Congress send you all available information on individuals connected to Hillary still cashing US govt paychecks. In light of the $6 billion missing from the contractor fund when Hillary exited, taxpayers demand to know who is listed as a State Dept contractor.

A conservative watchdog group on Friday asked a federal court to interview Hillary Clinton under oath about her email setup, the second such request.
Judicial Watch told the court that seven aides it has already interviewed did not satisfy its questions about the State Department’s system for complying with requests under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
Now, Clinton herself would need to be deposed to discuss the private email setup she used while secretary of State and whether it skirted transparency laws, the group claimed.

The woman cannot say the truth about anything. To her there is no such thing as the truth only what she cares to say at that moment. Five minutes later she will say the opposite. So by putting her under oath everybody knows that she will immeeiately perjure herself. So they avoid doing that at all costs. Also she could burn herself if she touches a Bible when she swears to tell the truth.

Knowing it’s Clintonemail.com you’d think it would be very easy to hack for a computer expert. I wish someone would hack it and start sending out incriminating emails. If it doesn’t still exist, create one.
