the assumption is that hilary needs a guarantee in Virginia. But obama won VA twice.
why does she need help there?
Remember.....if Trump just switches 64 or so EVs from what even Romney got...then he wins. Virginia has what? 18 of those? Surely hilary has Virginia locked up?

She doesn’t have VA locked up and our ever so helpful to Hillary governor just got his a$$ kicked by the VA Supreme Court, knocking out 206K potential Hillary voters, former convicts whose voting rights McAuliffe unilaterally restored before the Supreme Court told him NO, and required electoral registrars to take off the voting folls those who had already registered.
