Governments created and administer and control the entire judicial system. Both criminal laws and civil laws are under the complete purview of government. Why isn't there national legal care to allocate suitable legal services to every American, regardless of their ability to pay or any pre-existing legal condition?
Even as the government had less control over private medical care, they forced themselves into control over the entire system. It just seems like since the government is in complete control of everything legal, there should be some movement on making lawsuits safe, affordable and rare.
