Just did a tally (day 6 spreadsheet) of the precincts completed and without counting Milwaukee the results are:
Trump +141
Clinton +143

At the end of day 5, the estimate was 42%, but that was based on complete precincts. This is day 6, so 60% does not sound too far off if that’s where we are at the end of the day.
