At this point, Sessions and Miller have to be given free rein to get things in order. Keeping it real....the three weeks without AG Sessions have not gone smoothly. Notice that it is after Sessions was sworn in that Steve Miller is weaving his magic again.
Was impressed with his battle of the ban with Chris Wallace this a.m. Maybe not SCOTUS level impressed . . . but impressed.
Although at least from what I have read of it his voter fraud case was weak. Is there any evidence of voters being bused from Massachusetts into New Hampshire other than “everybody knows it happens” ? Doesn’t New Hampshire even have a tough new voter ID law ? Not sure how this is even possible now on a large scale.
