Evan McMullin has been nothing but a devious little never-Trump prick since he first came on the scene last year as Romney’s sock-puppet.
I think someone leaked it to him and he leaked it to the media.
From what I understand they let their former staffers in on high-level meetings. Based on that, I should be welcome at the Pentagon for briefings on North Korea.

Exactly and IMHO McMuffin is the best bet for the leaker. I would even go so far as to put money on it.
And in this case, we can already expect the Senate to rewrite much of the AHCA while keeping the shell of it in place, in order to satisfy the origination clause in Article I Section 7 on revenue.

It very well could have been McMuffin however, with all the eavesdropping and wiretapping organized by the Deep State, along with the ability to hack into a cell phone and activate the microphone, I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that every conversation with every member of both Houses exists from the last 8 years.
McMullin always creeped me out. HE was CIA don’t forget.
Sent Ryan a tweet a few days ago telling him it was his job/responsibility to find the leaker and refer him/her for appropriate punishment.
