Not a chance. There's no way any "believer" will change their mind based on anything Trump does, regardless of the credibility of a committee.
"Battling climate change" is a huge industry. Companies, non-profits, and individuals are making serious money in the name of climate change. Look at the jobs required to design, fabricate, and erect a wind generator. Careers are on the line.
Not only that but, sorry to say, Trump has failed to position the committee as objective. The left has painted it as "anti-science" and staffed with "deniers." It's predestined to have no impact.
Yep. The commission has been discredited already, but it will be good to have a counter narrative to talk about.
The purpose as I understand it is to check the work of the EPA and ICC. If their computer models predicting temp rises are discredited that will be good enough.
