I went out to the grocery store around 2:00 PM today and traffic was at pre corona levels.

The store was busy like a saturday, and not what someone would expect on a tuesday afternoon, and 40% was african american.

Same here. I went to the drive-thru window at a fast food place, and - coming out of the driveway - it was hard to re-enter traffic on the main drag. Two or three weeks ago, that wasn't the case - it was wide open.
