I wonder about the backgrounds of their magistrate judges. If they’re Obama appointed, they will likely give the rioters a pass, but if they’re Trump appointed, the rioters will get the book thrown at them.

Also, will the Oregon US Attorney file federal charges on the rioters, and if so, will a jury of mostly Biden voters convict them?
