He could pardon them now. He’s waiting for a conviction? Let them go bankrupt with attorney fees, lose the house the were Standing guard over And then pardon them after they are convicted?

If those are the conditions, they should plead guilty now and then get the pardon.

Maybe, but that is risky. The Governor has proven that he is wishy-washy by wanting to wait for a conviction.
