If we keep honoring Kerry, shouldn’t Congress issue a Resolution apologizing to Benedict Arnold?

To boot, Arnold’s contribution to the cause of American Independence, prior to his betrayal of same, was as great or greater than almost every army general you could name.
Whereas Kerry’s military record in ‘Nam was one of the fruitiest ever concocted.
Benedict Arnold fought bravely for the Americans.
Then, after being passed for promotion, got sour and betrayed us.
Kerry is betraying since ever!
