LOL--clever cartoon. But in order to cut the pork, you have to cut the 'Rat Congressman out of his distrcict. All too often, the district is designed for the purpose of reelecting him indefinitely.

It should all be cut. Washington should go kosher.
One of few things I like about McCain is his strong anti-pork position.
