That depends on who is present when the override vote is taken. Only 2/3 of those PRESENT need vote yes to override the veto.

Any idea when all this will come to a head? I still remember listening to the Senate the night SB357 went down in flames....still ticks me off. (I have the audio saved on my computer-need to listen to it every once and a while to fuel the flames)
