It is indeed a great article.
Considering who George Shultz is, his opinion should carry some weight with conservatives who are interested in seeing CA turned around.
Too bad they didn't write this article before the election, I think it would have meant a few additional percentage points for Arnold.
This article shows, what some of us were starting to conclude, is that there is a lot more to Arnold, than people think, and he is being "misunderestimated".
I think he will do wonders for CA, because he is not afraid to make the tough choices, and has no ax to grind.
