How many times has king been arrested since his "beating" in 91? Enough already- put this guy away. I heard he squandered his money from the settlement and is penniless. And to think 63 people died in the riots over this piece of garbage.

!!!!!!!!
Only if he was on probation?!
Somehow I don't think that's the treatment I'd get!
Nothing like having a history of inciting riots in your own defense to get a little favoritism.
By the way, I should say for the record that we DON'T know that he did it. Yes, she indeed could be lying. I'm just talking about the application of the law. I think if my girlfriend did that, and she had any bruises to prove it, at least a hearing would be a pretty foregone conclusion.
