I know it's wishful thinking and I injected reality into the situation. When people get frustrated and angry, as so many freepers are, and surely as desparate as Terri's parents and family are, it's understandable. Perhaps Jeb's legal team will come up with something, but, sadly, I don't think they will, primarily because everything that's been thought of legally has already be litigated and appealled, litigated and appealled. Heck, even if Jeb's legal team comes up with something, that, too, will be litigated and appealled, litigated and appealled. It's a hideously sad and tragic situation.

I think the information is being distorted on both sides, but some think he tried to kill her years ago and failed, and the result left her in this state.
I'm tending to lean that way from what I've read. In any case, she is far from the "comatose" and "a vegetable" status the media is portraying her to be.
My spin is that he may have blocked her rehab (if that is possible for her) so she could never reach the state that would enable her to incriminate him, but that's MHO.

This is not the first time they tried to kill her by starving her. This has been in the courts for years.
And the courts, Terry Schiavo, the Lions Club, the Freemasons, and the Illuminati are ALL involved in a big conspiracy to kill one innocent woman, all for the prize of a trust fund that has dwindled to essentially pocket change. Riiiiight.
The fact that you apparently feel that I am "misinformed" because I merely thought it strange that Terry Schiavo would be patient enough to wait 13 years while his wife's trust fund and insurance policies accrued to the hospital's and lawyer's pockets is instructive. Better wipe the tears off your violin - they'll warp the wood and render it unplayable.
Have you read any of the affidavits of his treatment of her? Get informed, or shut up.
