Do I detect a threat here that Mr. Corn will divulge more names if someone in the White House is not pilloried for the so-called leak? The Clintonites held over in the Bush administration probably plotted this with Mr. Wilson and his wife.
David Corn is the epitome of the left-leaning news media and political analysts. When he comes on TV, I switch the
channel. Thanks for posting this vitriol. Much easier to read him than watch and listen to him. Sounds like he wants some attention.

Thanks for posting this illuminating screed of Corn's pretzel logic. Gee, he's complaining that he was told almost the same thing by the CIA as Novak was, and that he chose not to publish the name, but that if he doesn't get his way (like seeing Karl Rove "frog-marched" out of the WH), he'll spill the names of people who prefer not to be named, just like he did in his book. I think widdle Dawid is having a widdle tempew tantwum.

Well, golly gee, I wonder who his reliable source is regarding the identity of someone who works for the NSC and who may or may not have told someone who works in the administration. Could it be that former NSC official, Joseph Wilson? Well, it could. Or it could be Valerie Plame. Or not.
To: Stultis
Corn admits he hasn't been a supporter of the CIA so it's obvious that he's merely using the issue as a bludgeon against the Bush White House. But let's take a look at what he does in this column.
Since there are not that many NSC staffers working AT THE WHITE HOUSE, this clearly delineates the people from whom one could identify the CIA officer.
By taking this limited number of people, and, as they say, "walking the cat back" a trained counter-intelligence could probably identify the officer by checking for overseas postings, missing periods of work history, etc.
Thanks Mr. Corn for being so circumspect. You phony!

Me, me, me, I, I, I. Corn is in love with himself.

Maybe the reason nobody at NSC wanted to respond to Boil is that he is a pissant working for a pissant magazine that no one but lunatics ever reads.
