No I do not know that Kobe is guilty.
I do not that OJ is guilty even though a jury of his PEERS (cough) did not convict him.
If there was nothing to these allegations this would have been dropped a long time ago. The actions of Kobe admitting to sex and the Mackey crap this week, looking more and more damning even if a jury of his PEERS (cough) does not convict him.
