"Try reading some real history instead of finding LIES AND DISTORTIONS from on-line skeptics, revisionists and atheists. Do you know what a "Primary Source" is? I'll bet you don't!"

Like your John Jay source that proves he was nothing more than a religious bigot?

Your denial of fact doesn't change fact.

Left.....left......left-right-left!
hup 2..3..4..

Keep hiking, Gomer.

Your intelligent reply (post 179) where you daydream of beating me up in your USMC unit proves that I've won. Violence is always the sanctuary of the desparate and those who are devoid of fact.

You lose. I win.

Hup 2 3 4!!
Keep on hiking!

I think you are 12 years old, aren't you? You sound like a kid "neener neener neener". I can't bring myself to sink to your level anymore. I proved your ignorance - that's enough more me. Decl. is just a fiery document eh? ROFL!

No, I was the American type, defending the freedoms of anti-freedom humanist cretins like you.

While you're 'rollin on the floor', please PLEASE tell me how the Declaration has any legal basis in today's courts.

PLEASE? Can you? Can you type anything that is historically factual?

Look - I know it's not fair to be arguing with someone who's had barely a high school education -- and probably at a public school, at that. I apologize for having an intelligent discussion with an unarmed exmarine.

At ease, soldier...at ease.

Please attempt to tell me how the Declaration has any legal bindings/effects/etc. in today's judicial system.

Remember - the Declaration was written 13 years or so before the Constitution...before the USA was even 'U'. That's the only hint I'll give ya, private.

You don't even know what makes a Christian a Christian, so your comment is bizarre. Please leave this to the Christians - a Christian hater should not concern himself with this issue.

Get lost, clown.. Take your hate to the back room..

I was confirmed a Catholic over 50 years ago.. And am arguably still a better one than you are a 'christian', -- whichever bizarre sect you claim to be..

History lesson's over. Your knowledge has been weighed in the balance and found wanting. Go educate yourself. I'm not your sugar daddie.

tpaine, remember that one of exmarine's heroes is Catholic-hating John Jay. He may (note to exmarine - I did not say 'IS' here) be one of those Protestant christians who feel that Catholics aren't really Christians. Based on his other attempts at intelligence, this wouldn't be surprising.

Just as I thought. You have no idea of what the Declaration of Independence is about, nor its lack of relevance to modern law.

Hint: Everything your country preacher says on Sunday ain't true!

Lights out, private. Revelie at 0500. TEN HUT!

"I am a Christian Constitutionalist with a B.A. in History (supplemented with a considerable life experience) and a decided interest in ethics, philosophy and politics. My values and priorities are dictated by absolute moral principles that flow from our wonderful Creator and which are found in the Holy Scriptures. I served 9 years in the United States Marine Corps from 1977-1986 and was honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant. I am a true patriot and I recognize that the noble principles found in the American Constitution are the Law of the Land, and that the Constitution is NOT a living breathing document that evolves, any more than its undergirding moral principles evolve. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior, and I believe that the Holy Scriptures are the propositional communication from God to man. I am not ashamed of the gospel as it is the power of God unto salvation."

Our boyo ~claims~ a lot, above...

But then belies it with every bigoted, anti-constitutional post he makes..
Weird..

One man in California has the Supreme Court of this land now reviewing whether the phrase "under God" should be removed from our Pledge of Allegiance

As a Christian I have a question. Why should I say a Socialist pledge to a symbol whether it has 'under God' in it or not? Did the men who established this nation of states say it? Scrap the whole pledge.

You have no shame. I already exposed your ignorance about the Decl. of Independence - it is organic law in the U.S. Code - simple fact. You lost the point! Why do you bring it up again - are you trying to cover up your ignorance by diversion or do you want me to twist the knife a little? You are a moron when it comes to history - now get lost. This TRULY is my last post to you.
