Some days ok, most days not. I haven't been sleeping the last three nights, things very heavy on my mind, I'm a little run down. The family counceling is going good, and little man is going with us now...it's going to be a good thing I think.

Oooh dear! This article doesn't mention Amber! Sounds like prosecution is going for a "barebones" prelim, knowing the judge will hold SP over for trial. Do we look for Lee Peterson to say that he HEARD Laci's voice in the background on the 24th when he talked to Scott by phone?

I didn't tell you guys the whole story--didn't mention the fact that he sent a former yardman away yesterday, saying we didn't have anything for him to do! I am looking for any Laci thread. I have been tied up the past few days (not literally, fellow crime enthusiasts!) and want to know if you all heard about this paint on his boat from the harbor Buoy Number 4 or something. On KFI radio they said this could be the most damning of all evidence against Scott. Do you all know more about this?

Apparently the boat would have had to have been TIED AGAINST the buoy to get that much paint on the boat, and it is such a specific kind of paint that only the buoys (or even that buoy??) have it. And we remember that Scott was in a tiny boat for that Christmas Eve rough weather; the real sturgeon fishers immediately pooh-poohed his story. So he would have had to tie onto something while doing his evil work out there.

And Buoy Number 4 is right across from where Laci and Connor turned up. WOW. I was hoping to find out what you all had discovered about this item. I may have the Buoy number wrong but it was a specific buoy number and KFI NEWS division is a very accurate source. They have one reporter (Laura Ingall) always on the story and she is very good.

Sadly we won't get into the courtroom. That would have been must see TV. We will have to wait til the reporters get a break to hear ANYTHING.

DId you all hear the HORRIBLE turn of phrase the prosecution used to describe the compromise on staying the hearing til Wednesday? I wanted to curl up and die. The guy actually said (paraphrasing except for the bad part) "Well, if you want to split the baby we could postpone.." What a hideously poor choice of words.
