I was listening tonight to Geraldo re the Bryant case. He had Robert Shapiro and Geoff Fieger arguing about whether the judge would rule for a trial or not. Shapiro said there wasn't enough evidence, think Fieger agreed, but said he rule for a trial anyway. Did you see that?

I think the judge will rule for probable cause. It's the safe ruling to make, almost always.
