Yes, LOL. I was given a centerpiece to take home after a party last week. Couldn't believe they had fish in them. Well, I didn't name him right away...went to the store, bought food and some additive for the water. While I was walking in the parking lot, I was thinking of the Jimmy Stewart movie, Harvey and that is how I came up with a name. My pup Lucy is amused by this fighter fish, as I am.

Dear Lord - please do not allow Lucy to think deadhead has provided a new kind of fresh sushi just for her - -

Quickly, Nan and all!!
Need agreement with this prayer for Harvey's sake!!

LOL. I'm not so sure but what Lucy would come out on the losing end of that deal. Those are fierce fighting fish.

My sister and I had dinner at Nottoway Plantation. It was beautiful.

Really? I would love to do that! Many of them have been turned into Bed and Breakfasts, I guess. That would be a wonderful vacation, just traveling from one plantation to another. Hmmmmm........we may forego our usual cruise vacation and do that some year instead.

My sister and I toured the Oak Alley Plantation.
The 1/4 mile drive to the plantation house was breathtaking.

As for that as a party idea, just last week was watching that show on TLC where they allow family and friends to in one week with just $5,000 plan a surprise wedding for a bride and groom.

They used vases like that with pholiage and phish and small pebbles as centerpieces for the reception tables.

It tied in with having it at a beach location, and was 'kewl.'

Perhaps your hostess watched it and used the idea!

I see those things everywhere now. We had a large aquarium a few years ago and we put one of those fish in with the others.........not good. He ate them.

You mean the time I took the cheese out of the mousetrap to put on the preacher's apple pie? You better not blab. That preacher still thinks that was the best apple pie he ever ate.

I pray that you will be encouraged by her story.

I am inspired and encouraged by both of you. You help build Faith and Strength in everybody.
We all are to be encouraged to be more Christ like, in our actions, I try to, you two do and so many people here do.
I Love what I see in these pages. God Bless.

It's an unusual place, if you ever go be sure to visit the French Quarter...during the daytime (so as not to be corrupted). :)

No - it was the day you took cod, sole and shrimp cat food and mixed it into the tuna salad.

I saw you do it, and had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and foiled Your Plan!

Did not. Ha ha....it was the dog's dish you put the peanut butter sandwich on. I slipped it under the sandwich when you weren't looking.

And we acknowledge your strong voice, Rus, and that of the many here who openly share the love of our Lord.

Don't you just know He planned for us to have computers and the Internet in these days so His Word would spread farther and faster?!

It is a great time to watch The Word unfold.

To Him, we give all honor and praise for providing such grace and love - -
