the support for this has been wonderful. i posted this info at the Hannity forum, and I think all of Alan Colmes minions are there instead. Funny how liberals are threatened by free speech.

I'd still need to see the full quote in context without the ellipses.

President Bush, Iraq and the National Media

In fact, what Asner said was that — of any historical figure — he would like to portray Stalin because "nobody has ever really touched Stalin... Many people... speak of the fact that he killed more people than Hitler — why does nobody touch him? It's strange."

Still sounds like a longing to understanding Stalin.

OK, I meant that Asner never said he "admired" Stalin, as was originally reported.

"Unknown soldier rocked..."

somewhere, in my parent's attic I think, is my copy of the FINAL issue of "Unknown Soldier". In it, he actually sneaks into Hitler's bunker in the waning days of the war. It's "actually" him that kills him.

you should get it and frame it, the artwork is awesome on those. Plus, they are worth probably $30 or so in vg condition
