I would bet that the crime rate in N.H. is EXTREMELY low. My guess is that the populace is 98% white.
I'd also guess that head injuries in motorcycle accidents in N.H. are no greater than those in more populous and diverse states WITH helmet laws.
Helmet laws are pointless. People who don't want to wear head protection when they ride have nothing to protect anyway.
