The liberal media watchdog group Fairness and Accuracy in Media studied two weeks of "Hannity & Colmes" this summer and found that between the co-hosts and their guests, conservatives spoke 2,768 lines to 2,004 for liberals.

LOL...perhaps I just need more coffee this AM, but this just struck me as funny. Counting words rather than substance! LOL

FAIR has pulled this statistical stunt several times in the last few years, even though they know it's BS. The reason the conservatives get "more lines" is because we're in power. Any news program that wants to cover the news is going to spend more time talking about what the actual leaders are doing and saying, not what the anklebiters are moaning about.

And we won't even begin to discuss the simple reality that there are not always "two sides to every story".

Especially since Fox is careful to give both sides equal time in minutes, and FAIR knows that.

I imagine that the folks at FAIR studied footage six ways to Sunday to try to find some way to measure that would "prove" their point.
