Ah screw it. I'll just send it. Not like he's going to read it all anyway. I'm just hoping he'll at least get to the 2nd paragraph ;)

Does anybody know how many people in Florida, right now, are being treated this way??

I would like to point out that refusal or cessation of feeding tubes is part of some of the most common Living Will/Death with Dignity forms. Presumably passage of this so-called Terri's Law will interfere with many of the Living Wills.

I would think that removal of feeding tubes would be different than Do not resusitate. People should be specific in what they do or do not want in making their living wills.

To my understanding, Terri had no living will, so no violation of her 'so called' wish. It is her so called husband that is claiming she would have wanted it removed.

Do all states consider co-habitation for 7 years to be common law marriage? And if so, then wouldn't Terri's so called husband be guilty of bigamy?

Just curious.

Send it ... you took care of King ... I took care of Byrd.

I called Johnnie Byrd's office this morning and spoke with a very gracious lady and told her of the connection between George Felos and James King ~ that it looked rather suspicious that both were/had been Board Members of the Florida Hospice Board, and that Felos was the attorney for Michael Schiavo. Would that account for his stand that he would not present Terri's Bill? I asked. She didn't know, but she would make Representative Byrd award of it. Told her thousands on the internet were livid ~ she said she knew ~ they've received thousands of calls.

Pray God that He breaks the grip that this cult of death has on the Sunshine State.

from becki-snow.blogspot.com,
TERRI SCHIAVO TO DIE IN ATTORNEY'S "DEATH FACTORY"? SUNCOAST HOSPICE BOSS WAS GEORGE FELOS...

Man "finds" Wife unconscious.

Man keeps Wife unconscious.

Man gets malpractice money for Wife.

Man wants Wife's money.

Man wants Wife dead so Man can have money.

Man gets Lawyer.

Lawyer is/was Hospice Board Member.

Lawyer promises Man that Wife will die at the Hospice...

It reads like fiction, but it parallels the story of Michael Schiavo (the Man), Terri Schiavo (his Wife), and George J. Felos (the Lawyer/Board Member/Past Board Member of "The Hospice") - and unless some brave soul intervenes, it will end with the murder of Terri Schiavo.

There is more.

Good going. That was my thought, too. That people need to make make these nefarious connections known. I was even wondering if King shouldn't abstain, since he obviously has a conflict of interest.

This joker is a REPUBLICAN. Can't Jeb "make him an offer he can't refuse" and convince him of the wisdom of doing the right thing?

Well, no one will be placing horse heads in King's bed, for sure...'cause that would be animal cruelty.

I hope that the Florida lawmakers are fully aware that they had better come down on the right side of this issue or be looking for new jobs.

I would like to see this passed unanimously by both houses and I would hope that the message gets through to the judge,

You give a good formula for a made-for-tv movie. Now that I think about it, this is biund to be made into one. They make them at the 'drop-of-a-hat' anyway and this one has all the makings of a good one.

I nominate Joey Buttafuoco to play Mike Schiavo. Alec Baldwin could be Jim King.

Do you think George Felos might have had some input into the writing of "Death with Dignity?

I'm not sure Felos is on the same hospice board with King, but I'll bet he had influence on King's legislation, or a sent a comrade who has influence.

I think that, some weeks ago, a Freeper noticed a lobbyist in Florida who had a connection with these euthanasia folks.

Greer, Felos, and King all involved with Hospice. And to think the elderly flock to the Sunshine State. Sounds more like the Death State to me.

RE #85...add another chapter to your list:

Man plans to cremate wife's body immediately after her death. (No autopsy)

As much as I don't care for what Hollyweird has been producing lately, I'd be all for a movie of the week about this case. Title it, "To have and to hold, until death do us part." Maybe then it'll be broadcast to the nation which the media has failed to do.

He sponsored and passed Florida's "Death with Dignity" living will legislation allowing the terminally ill to refuse artificial life support systems and sustenance.

Well there it is. Good work, Syriacus. He is A GHOUL!!!

Too bad. It is a gruesome death to force upon someone and Illinois outlaws it.
