Because if there are crimes and this guy "skates" it is perhaps ont of the ultimate mockeries of justice. This really desreves a FAIR invesitgation and not one by people who are on the hospice's board of directors!!!!

I sincerely hope this is not needed but you might consider oiling up your gears in preparation for something on the order of "The Night [Morn, Day, Eve] the Lights Went Out in Florida." (in the style of the "Georgia" song). SO much cronyism it is unbelievable.

Even if it's not bigamy ---- having a lover on the side should eliminate you from being the owner of the poor wife you are cheating on. When it became known that Michael had motives for wanting Terri dead, he should not have been allowed total authority over her fate. She should be turned over to her family who still cares about her.

Also ---- maybe the woman who is having an affair with Michael should be investigated for her role in all this. She's obviously got some motives for wanting Terri out of the way.

Filing charges against her husband for battery or something similar was discussed on talk shows and it was concluded that it is long past the statute of limitations for those charges.

If Terri dies that those injuries, (Which would be the OFFICIAL cause of her death rather than euthanasia if this were properly investigated by people without conflicts of interest with the death culture), than this is murder. I mean it is REALLY not rocket science to see why this jerk Michael Schiavo is demanding IMMEDIATE CREMATION of the body.
Believe me I am trying to stay within the FR posting policy about profanity where this guy is concerned but that is getting increasingly difficult.

Perhaps, though, it would be appropriate. I doubt if anything about Terri's situation could become as popular as a song about a proposed Boston transit supplemental fare, but something must be done to spread the word about the evil that's involved in cases like this. Given that all of the findings of fact have been made by one person, perhaps Judge Greer could be a good focus?

Giving her insulin injections is extremely cruel and beyond sadism. I hope they have the records of her low blood sugars. I remember reading about this way back when I first became interested in this case.

I am no legal so what could they nail him for on that one? Or would they need evidence of some kind?

I think that the affidavits and the bone scan report could get this ball rolling if they went before a CRIMINAL CASE JUDGE. Greer is a PROBATE judge and would probably be completely out of this case if it went criminal.
