That is absolutely disgusting. The perpetrators should have their arms and legs cut off and be tossed on the ground in the public square. That would put a stop to this inhumane practice PDQ.

Kind of a severe punishment for theft don't you think? After all they are only harvesting food that belongs to someone else. It's not like they are killing people.

Remember, Animals are property. Nothing more, nothing less. These people are stealing property (and wasting most of it at that). They should be treated like other thieves.
