this story by ABC:
A state Senate panel approved legislation Tuesday that would allow Gov. Jeb Bush to order a feeding tube be reinserted in a brain-damaged woman in defiance of a court order that allowed her husband to remove the tube.
The bill would give the governor 15 days to order a feeding tube reinserted into Terri Schiavo, one of the nation's longest and most bitter euthanasia cases.
The Senate Rules & Calendar Committee approved the bill on a 10-2 vote. The full Senate planned to consider the legislation Tuesday evening. The House passed a similar bill 68-23 Monday.

Thanks, shezza, am following the blow-by-blow on FR. I think they may have updated the earlier story. They are still calling Terri 'comatose'. Also:
"...Michael Schiavo has avoided the spotlight over the last few weeks, but he issued a statement Monday that hinted at what he has been going through behind the scenes.
"I never wanted Terri to die. I still don't," the statement said. "The reality is, Terri left us 13 years ago, and none of us can bring her back."
Michael Schiavo's attorney plans a news conference for this afternoon. Stay with ABC Action News for the latest on this rapidly changing story...."
