Jews need to understand that in the Bible, acceptance of Jesus Christ must be done by the individual willingly. The Apostle Paul has written extensively on this matter. Nowhere in the New Testament is violence advocated to win converts. At worst Jews should suffer from being evangelized by a pain in the butt Christian, to which he can listen and refuse to convert. The Koran on the other hand recognizes that the sword can be used to convert infidels.

The Bible also seems to imply that God has a special purpose for the Jews which is not complete until the second coming, thus he requires at least some of them to remain Jews until then. I believe this is why some churches do not evangelize them. Also, it is why the Pope made his famous statement about the Jews.
