I wish I knew the answer to that. CAN a Judge override the legislature and an executive order on state matters?

Greer is voted into office, not appointed, so no matter what he does or says today, I would PRAY that Florida FReepers/voters hold him accountable and vote him OUT of office. He's up for election soon, I read elsewhere.

One big bumper sticker campaign should do it:

Judge Greer: "I don't want anyone feeding that girl!"
Vote NO on Greer for re-election!

Not just Greer, other judges sat back and refused to help. They're as guilty as he is. Vote them all out and send them a message.
