They decided that Terri's heart failure was caused by a potassium imbalance, and that when Terri had seen her gyn that the tests should have been performed to detect this, as there was a belief that Terri was bulimic.

Of course, that's not my opinion. One FReeper (I forget who so forgive me) found an article that talked about how in the midst of a violent struggle, the potassium level changes drastically and can cause the heart to arrest. Terri was found with her hands around her throat when the EMTs arrived. Dr. Hammesfahr noted Terri's peculiarly rigid neck, and has testified that he has seen that type of rigidity in only one other patient, a strangulation. Terri didn't go out with her brother the night she collapsed because she and Michael had been arguing. Connect the dots. At least, that's how I have connected them. My opinion.
