Well I'm as guilty at least as much as you are, and my answer is yes, it should. A fox, no matter how reformed, should never be hired to guard a henhouse, for example. Simlarly, an ex-junkie should never be hired to run the DEA. Isn't that common sense?
It's nothing to be proud of.
