Two 8-oz servings of orange juice also contains nearly 60g of carbs - for those who watch such things. That is roughly the amount of carbs (sugar) that you would get in 2.5 Snickers bars.
If you want to lower cholesterol, eat lots of olive oil. Eat Mediterranean. Eat normal-carb.
