This is a sad comedown for Dr Gottman.
I'm not sure those whose "committed" relationships last 1.5 years with 8 instances of infidelity are really in a position to teach anyone anything about relationships EXCEPT "How NOT to do it!"
Sad for Dr Gottman.
I've gotta look this up to see if he and his research is being accurately characterized.
