The Fire Fighter heroes are setting back fires around Lakeside and around the Cedar fire. The winds have dropped down a lot and with Santa Ana wind gone and the on shore winds we are looking for buy morning that will help a lot and it should bring in cool moist air.

Hey...been away from the computer at a meeting. I'm back. From the I10 overpass near my house I can now see flames from the SB fire. Looks to be the fire is wrapping itself around the ridge and heading up 38. Spect..can you confirm this. Was down to Bryant and 38 in Yucaipa earlier this afternoon [by the Mill Creek Ranger Stn,]and didn't see much...things have changed for the worse it looks like.

That's scores (at least) of homes destroyed, right there.

I hope the eco-zombies will be made to pay the price for this. I am not saying they set any fires, anyone who did that should be made to understand that the death penalty=mercy killing, but I have no doubt, NO DOUBT, that their skewed views and the slavish attitude in which they are held contributed to the "near occasion" of this disaster.

It is time to end the junk science/psuedo religion/politically correct bullshit that is seriously threatening America.

Did you hear they have now ordered mandatory evacuation of Highland and the fire has crossed 18 at the Cliffhangar headed for Lake Arrowhead? Winds there are 15-20 mph right now.

I am listening to a size up from LA City Fire...he said the County Fire forces are pulling out and expecting major losses....this would be Browns Cyn I believe

I'm from SoCal; I have relatives near 2 of the fires.

The wind is is backing the fire down the mountain now pushing the fire right at Highlands and REdlands where I'm at.

FF are radio are manuevering, Mentone, Highland area.

WE may lose some homes here in town if the wind keeps up.

Get real...this is a major disaster. These are some of the worst fires in 100 years (for some of these areas)

Hope you don't have a disaster in your life...because with that kind of attitude I am sure you won't have many friends to help you out.
