So far, have found the most coverage on Court TV, although Court is bouncing back and forth btw Peterson and an unrelated murder trial they are covering.
To: Sandylapper
Yes--as to any conversation to which she was a party, and which she remembers.
To: Jackie-O
Don't worry, I doubt Amber will be testifying today. They're only on the Kelly hearing now.
To: Devil_Anse
Thanks again! I'm so torn! Believe they'll all be giving updates at the top and bottom of the hour! Stan Goldman is giving them for Fox, and I can usually follow him pretty well.
To: Sandylapper
I'm anxious to hear what Nancy Grace (CTV)will say at 3:00 est. as well as Greta (Fox) who I believe is in the courtroom. MSNBC said they will give us an update right after the break.

Yeah, mitochondrial has apparently been used in several CA courts, including Westerfield, but the issue has not yet made its way into the books that recount appeals decisions, so Geragos is pretending that it is a "case of first impression" in CA. Weak, Mark.
To: Devil_Anse
I know that it's the job of the defense to question everything, but imo Geragos has clutched at every straw, and these straws are not substantial enough to keep peterson's chances afloat.
To: Howlin
Thanks!

Is it 3 or 4:30 p.m. that NG will be airing a 30 min. program? LOL
To: redlipstick
I rushed home to watch it, and now it's nowhere to be found. Naturally as soon as I hit "Post" they switched to the other trial.
On MSNBC right now Dan Abrams is saying the discussion has centered around the admissability of the testimony/science regarding the hair found. Abrams says it is rather dry and even the families are whispering.
Abrams just reported you can feel the tension between the families, though. He's rehashing some of the earlier reports others have posted on.

LKL to have CNN legal team on tonight.Oh, reading that immediately reminded me of that summer before 9/11. Remember? It was the summer of Chandra....and Barbara Olson was a fixture on LKL that whole summer commenting on the case.

I was told her program airs at 3:00. Undoubtedly she will have a lot more to add on LKL tonight.

I remember Barbara Olson so well........I have both her books and have recently reread the last one about the clintons' trashy exit. Oh, if only Barbara were alive today...there'd be another book on their "unbridled ambition", which continues ad infintum.

OOOH Boy..the day I have been waiting for...but no cameras...darn!
At 1:30pm PST court tV will have Nancy Grace discussing what went on in the court room....
To: Carolinamom
I'm trying to keep peeking while at work. GRRRRR I don't want to be here today. (Office that is). Geragos LOL is getting all his straws crushed.

MSNBC update now. Nothing new so far.
To: RGSpincich
Court TV: this morning while in the courtroom, Jackie P.'s oxygen tank fell to the floor with a crash, momentarily stopping court proceedings.
(that's not funny... I'm not supposed to be laughing, am I?)
To: RGSpincich
And the judge denied Geragos' request to bar Allred from court. But judge said to Allred, don't discuss with your client what has been said while client is not in courtroom.
And if Gloria were to mention any such thing to Amber, I'd like to know just how anyone would ever know? Gloria's conversations with Amber are confidential... and Gloria can't be compelled to say what they are...
But Amber doesn't need to know what's said when she's not in the courtroom. She's got enough to testify about anyway.
To: Devil_Anse
Alright, I confess, it was me...I got a little carried away when I was pinching her supply tube....
