To be clear-did not get hijacked by and then crashed into something by terrorists,but,landed safely when all planes were ordered down.

Indeed, it's not unlikely there may have been more teams of hijackers that did not get a chance to act because of the FAA order. I wonder if the FBI has looked at all flight manifests on that day to try to deduce the existence of more teams - certainly the airlines would have had those records? It could give them a picture of al Qaeda teams in the US now.
