BTW, can't find this info anywhere else but Fox. But even when they get the tape and/or info - will NBC, ABC, etc. reveal it?

FNC had an Exclusive to the tape. Click on the link and then go down farther in the article and click on the Video link Saddam's Men Torturing Iraqis

baloney. they should show it every hour, like the rodney king video was shown, so people can see the truth.

All the Saddam Appeasers should be locked in a room and be forced to watch the tape over and over

I completely agree with both of you on this one. I'd personally pay to send copies to Amnesty Int'l. Think they'll make a statement? We won't hold our collective breath, eh?

I always felt that if given the chance, the democrats would behave in a similar way.

Judging by what I've seen on the few times I have waded through the stomach churning cesspool of DU, I agree.

Thanks for the ping, annie. I'm with Torie Clarke who asked a shocked Pentagon press corps last March how they couldn't know about these atrocities? They're well documented. The Iraqi people have been trying to tell their stories. The press has been covering this up. Saddam is a WMD. Our war is just. The truth exposes the hypocrisy of our critics.

Everyone should know by now what this monster did to the Iraqi people. They should have known before last March. The press has blood on its hands here, as well, imho.

The tape is sickening, just sickening.

It's not just the press who were complicit in this, but also the "human rights" crowd who tried every trick they could think of to head off the invasion and leave the Saddamites in power.

If FOX bought exclusive rights there'd better not be any other media outlets showing the video!

I agree and posted something similar on an earlier thread on this subject. France, Germany and Russia, all of which not only opposed the war but favored lifting sanctions, should be made to watch this and explain why they supported Saddam. I would love to see them, led to the podium by Kofi, after viewing an hour or so of these atrocities, explain themselves to the world.

What about all of the liberal fools and the press, who tried to argue before the war, that even though Hussein was a terrible ruler, this doesn't mean that we had the right to remove him?

Meaning... were they "white washing" his atrocities? Or, were they ignorant of them?

I find their lack of compassion for the people of Iraq stunning.

The punishments include fingers being chopped or shot off, tips of tongues being cut off, wrists being broken by sharp blows from a wooden rod, lashes by whip or cane, a bound man being tossed off a building, a beheading involving a sword and a knife and a man being humiliated by riding a donkey backwards.

Y'know, after I watch my friends losing fingers and tongue parts and being thrown off buildings and beheaded, riding the donkey backwards doesn't seem so bad.
