Why Michael was allowed to get away with all his shenanigans is unreal. How Judge Greer allowed this to happen needs to be investigated. He allowed Michael's attorney to bring in last-minute surprise witnesses (his family members) but would not allow the testimony of expert witnesses brought in Terri's parents on Terri's behalf.
I didn't know that Bobby had said that Michael was sitting on the living room couch while Terri was still lying on the floor face down.
"When Bobby arrived at their place," Bob explained, "he found Terri lying face down in the hallway, with her feet over the threshold of the doorway, as though she had been coming out of the bedroom. The moderators are not insisting that it be posted to the Religion Forum. They only insist that "blog reports" NOT be published to the News/Activism forum. Since the two part response by the Schindlers is written by a catholic priest ... well, it seemed only logical to post it to the Religion Forum.
