Today, Judge Demers has appointed Dr. Jay Wolfson as Guardian ad Litem to Terri Schindler-Schiavo, despite the suggestion of bias from Terri's family. Does this mean that the Schindler's will have more or less access? Does this mean that the HINO will have more or less access?

The Judge also said per local news that "the issue of bias won't be a factor because Jay Wolfson won't actually do anything if Terri's Law is declared unconstitutional." Don't you think that's outrageous? Kickin' Terri while she's doing well? Banking on Jeb's Order being overturned? The Judge himself showed bias today by even bringing up the constitutional issues. That wasn't his charge today!!!
