Can I ask a stupid question, please? Why does it seem as though the Schindler's lawyers aren't very competent. Why are the Schindler's lawyers seemingly always on the losing side of this battle? Just asking. Maybe I'm being too critical.

That the court has ruled against them so often, isn't necessarily because of their lawyer's abilities.
I suspect Ms. Anderson is not part of the Old Boy Network.

I also think there have been a lot of shenanigans of sorts, in Pinellas county.
Maybe some attitudes towards women as well...who knows? For Greer to be on the bench when there were some things he should have done to be in the election and he didn't says a lot.

Someone posted something concerning 'a' Wolfson and a bankruptcy or similar financial problem. If it is the same guy that is one more reason that Wolfson should be disqualified as a GAL for anyone.
GAL qualifications are not that strict but they do emphasize on character.

Another thing is Pinellas county is one of 2 in FL that is getting funds for Guardianship Monitoring, they ought to be doing a better job!!!!!

I think that it has to be helpful for them to know folks are watching and paying attention, I pray it is.
