Maybe the Prosecution is just sitting back and letting MG run his mouth so they can see what type of cross they can expect on the DNA evidence in the trial, see what his knowledge, style is. That way the can go back and prepare, and anticipate his every move. I have heard alot of talking head attorneys say that it is a foregone conclusion that the DNA evidence will be admitted.
People are questioning why the Pros. is starting out with the DNA on one strand of hair, weak case, blah, blah.
Stan Goldman pointed out the other night that they HAD to start with this witness because it was the ONLY time she would be avaiable due to MG's numerous delays!!

I heard that's why she testified,too.A prelim is for the judge also,not a jury.I hope you are right about Geragos.I remember how Ito let his courtroom get completely out of control.(I never predict verdicts since OJ.)
