( Continuation from yesterdays news - more info, guilt admission)
"They didn't like that I called them old, and one of these guys hauls off and punches me in the chest," he said.
Police said the six bikers were from the Outlaws chapter in Bay City, Mich. Nola Zietler, 47, of Bay City, and Donald Dunham, 61, of Brethren, Mich., were killed.
Man, they **were** old...

Judge should have been lenient and remanded the accused to the custody of the Outlaws motorcycle gang.

Crack journalism:
he fears retribution from the gang ...
"Dudes in (jail) been telling me they're going to kill me, but I ain't scared," Pilgreen said.

They didn't like that I called them old, and one of these guys hauls off and punches me in the chest. Lesson of the day: Never punch a young punk in the chest -- unless you're powerful enough to stop his heart.

Pilgreen said he had stolen the truck after arguing with his wife and trashing the house two weeks ago in Texarkana, Ark. He blamed his rage on a history of drugs, alcohol and childhood abuse.
"I realize I made a mistake," he said. "I know I did something I shouldn't have and I know I can't take it back. I just wish I could. I'm not a bad person, but I've been so lost and so hopeless for so long."At least he confessed ...
Now hold a fair (and inexpensive) trial and a fast hanging. We put dogs to sleep don't we ?

He blamed his rage on a history of drugs, alcohol and childhood abuse. Hey now, surely there's a government grant for this deserving young person! He's a victim, after all.

Looks like some bikers picked on the wrong dude.

Pilgreen, 26, said he would ask for the death penalty..."Dudes in (jail) been telling me they're going to kill me, but I ain't scared," Pilgreen said. "They want to stab me, I'll stab back."
Something tells me his wish for execution may be less than sincere.

"deliberately ramming a stolen pickup truck"All right, I've had enough! I'm want my California congressman to outlaw stolen pickup trucks.

Not excusing his actions but at least he 'fessed up and seems to be taking responsiblity.
Despite his addictions/demons he probably already had some rage issues just guessing.
Yes I agree with another poster he is in a pickle.
What exactly was he trying to sell?

The state could save a lot of money on the cost of executing him by simply turning him loose. He'd be dead within a couple of days.
