I would force all 3500 to leave one-by-one outside the security perimeter, give 'em 24 hours to come out. then go in with the heavy stuff and kill any trash left behind.

That sounds like a good plan to me. Wonder if they are convinced that Saddam may be hiding here as well? That would be fantastic news to wipe Saddam and his supporters out!
