Because he is representative of the "Ignorant assholes" who vote for him. They are not the brightest bulbs in the pack, but they hate real good. This man has said some of the most absurb utterances that have ever come out of a man's mouth in the House. You probably have to have an IQ of 40 in order to be in his district. This way you won't embarras your representative by mataching his IQ of 50. Go Bless America where even idiots have representation.
