Well, it is probably a virus. But opening a .zip file will not excecute anthing. So you can atleast double click on the attachement. But if there are any .exe's or .bat's or any other type of executable file, I would not click on it. If there are docment files like .txt, .doc, rtf, etc. they are safe to open.
You would probably be better off just deleting the whole thing though.

Attachment: readnow.zip (readnow.doc.scr)
It's actually a script file masquerading as a document file. If you have "known file extensions" turned off (like many people do), you'll see it as a "safe" .doc file. It's anything but safe.
